1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ExoticCompare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, renters, and rental companies using the platform.

2. What ExoticCompare is

ExoticCompare is a discovery and marketing platform that connects renters with exotic car rental companies. We are not a rental company, booking agent, or intermediary. We do not own any vehicles, process any rental bookings, or handle any rental payments. All bookings are made directly between the renter and the rental company.

3. For renters

As a renter using ExoticCompare:

• • You understand that ExoticCompare is a discovery platform only
• • All bookings, payments, and rental agreements are between you and the rental company directly
• • ExoticCompare is not responsible for the condition of vehicles, rental company conduct, or any disputes arising from rentals
• • Pricing shown on ExoticCompare is provided by rental companies and may be subject to change
• • You should verify all details directly with the rental company before booking

4. For rental companies

As a rental company listed on ExoticCompare:

• • You must provide accurate and up to date information about your fleet and pricing
• • You are solely responsible for your rental agreements, vehicles, and customer interactions
• • You must maintain appropriate insurance and licenses required to operate in your jurisdiction
• • ExoticCompare reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our quality standards
• • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time — your listing will remain active until the end of the billing period

5. Boost feature

The weekly 24hr boost feature is available exclusively to Elite plan subscribers. One boost may be used per calendar week. Boosts are non-transferable and do not roll over. ExoticCompare reserves the right to modify or discontinue the boost feature at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use ExoticCompare to:

• • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• • Impersonate another company or individual
• • Attempt to manipulate search results through fraudulent means
• • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• • Scrape or copy content from ExoticCompare without permission

7. Limitation of liability

ExoticCompare is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between renters and rental companies, vehicle damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from rentals arranged through our platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered companies of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
